We curate distinctive silver jewelry for retailers, boutiques, and professional buyers—bringing together considered design, commercial relevance, and clear communication.

These terms apply to wholesale inquiries and orders placed with us. Product availability, pricing, lead time, shipping, and payment details are confirmed individually before each order is finalized.

Wholesale Eligibility

Our wholesale service is intended for boutiques, retailers, online stores, brands, and other professional buyers purchasing for business use or resale.

We may request business information or valid resale documentation when applicable.

Product Information

Our collection consists of silver jewelry. Individual product pages and order confirmations identify whether a product is available in 925 sterling silver, 800 silver, or both.

Please review the selected product, material, size, color, quantity, and other specifications before confirming an order. Minor visual differences may occur between product photographs, displays, and physical items.

Minimum Order Quantities

Our ordering process is designed to support both self-service wholesale orders and larger wholesale inquiries.

Self-Service Wholesale Orders

During the initial stage, wholesale orders are handled through a Wholesale Inquiry. Please submit an inquiry with the products, materials, sizes, colors, and quantities you are interested in. We will confirm availability, pricing, shipping, payment details, and the next steps before the order is finalized.

As our online ordering system develops, buyers will be able to place self-service wholesale orders directly through the website for orders of fewer than 20 pieces, subject to product availability and the applicable wholesale pricing shown at checkout.

Larger Wholesale Orders

Orders of 20 pieces or more should be submitted through a Wholesale Inquiry. This allows us to confirm inventory, production capacity, pricing, shipping arrangements, and any special requirements before accepting the order.

For larger or mixed-style orders, we may provide a separate quotation based on the selected products, quantities, materials, customization, and delivery requirements.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are subject to separate minimum quantities, pricing, approval, and production timelines. Custom projects must be confirmed through a Wholesale Inquiry before production begins.

Pricing and Quotations

Wholesale prices are not displayed publicly at this stage.

Pricing, availability, lead time, shipping costs, and applicable taxes are confirmed after a Wholesale Inquiry is submitted. A quotation does not constitute a confirmed order until the order details have been accepted and payment arrangements have been completed.

Availability

Product availability may change before an order is confirmed. If a selected item or option is unavailable, we will contact the buyer before making any substitution or adjustment.

Order Confirmation and Payment

Buyers are responsible for reviewing all confirmed product details, quantities, materials, sizes, shipping information, and charges before payment.

Payment is completed after the order has been reviewed and confirmed. Order preparation or production begins according to the confirmed order details.

Changes and Cancellations

Please request changes or cancellations before payment.

Requests made after payment are subject to the status of the order and any costs already incurred. Custom or prepared-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once work has begun.

Custom Orders

Custom projects may be available in 925 sterling silver or 800 silver.

Custom minimum quantities, pricing, design requirements, samples, approvals, and production timelines are quoted separately. Production begins only after the applicable specifications, quotation, and payment have been confirmed.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, costs, destination requirements, and estimated timelines are confirmed before payment.

International buyers are responsible for applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, and import requirements unless otherwise stated in the confirmed quotation.

We do not accept orders for direct delivery to mainland China.

Resale Territory

We do not currently impose a general resale-territory restriction. Any exclusive distribution or territory-specific arrangement must be agreed upon separately in writing.

Returns and Claims

Wholesale returns, damaged-item reports, incorrect-item claims, and product concerns are handled according to our Returns & Claims policy.

Please inspect delivered orders promptly and retain the original packaging and relevant photographs when submitting a claim.

Updates to These Terms

These wholesale terms may be updated as our ordering and fulfillment processes develop. The terms confirmed with the buyer at the time of an order will apply to that order.
